Um, does this need an explanation? Here it looks like we have poor Bebop struggling to squeeze Rocksteady's fat ass up through a manhole, while Shredder looks like he's two seconds away from ripping out all his hair because of the incompetence of these two lame brains....Of course there's a story behind this! Considering the title, it's not too hard to figure out.

I'm probably just gonna imagine they both caught by the turtles with one of their schemes, so they ran off just to warn Shredder.

You're close enough, so here goes my version for ya: Those three troublemakers are drilling through the sewers, entering turtle territory and, as always, they're gonna pay for it. Chickening out with the turtles hot on their tracks, there's Rocksteady, who, at the moment, doesn't give a care about Bebop or Shredder, and is more concerned about saving his own ass and rushing himself back up to the surface as fast as possible. With his luck, though, he gets stuck halfway through the sewer opening. Leave it to the largest of the three to truck up the ladder first and jam their only escape route. Luckily, Shredder has Bebop there to do the dirty work of shoving that colossal butt up and out of there, while he has nothing better to do than panic and scream out insults at his mutants before they're all clobbered to death by their "aquarium friends." Pretty darn close, eh?
For real, I relate to you! They need more love and support

Hahahah! You think so? And thanks! I'm dangerously obsessed with the 80s, man, its becoming an issue. Oh, for sure! The IDW comics are so damn good, they're hard to put down the deeper you get into 'em. You know I've tried a few rough sketches of the comics but I always find myself crawling back to the '87 cartoon. Not gonna lie, that style is a lot easier to mimic Never yet gave the 2012 series a try so I might have to torture myself soon and test out "the Bebop and Rocksteady."

No problem and nothing wrong with that. I'm an 80s junkie myself since I love watching movies from the 80s so much along with some music and they had some pretty cool fashion styles.(I always love the way the ladies did their hair in that period, I wish I can try out that hair style sometime ) The IDW comics are amazing, I actually got three IDW TMNT comics last December from my New York trip along with this big one my mother gave me. (It was more of a birthday trip since my birthday was on a Thanksgiving week XD ) One of them had the Bebop and Rocksteady background story included <3 Awwww I can't wait to see your sketches, I plan to draw out the 80s cartoon since I mostly draw the 2012 series a lot.
The 2012 series is pretty fun, kind of a mix between the 2003 and 80s cartoon but just different. I love the way they design monsters and anthromophic characters in the new series so much, it helped me improved on my anthro/comic style. Sadly, Bebop and Rocksteady didn't show up until the later events of season 2. But I was happy to see the dorks again, Bebop is so friggin cute in this version.(then again, he was always cute no matter which version XD)
But regarding to the 2012 cartoon, I really suggest the Half Shell Heroes: Blast to the Past movie. Because unlike the actual 2012 series, the mini movie is a bit more cartoony and omg... Bebop and Rocksteady were friggin adorable dorks in it, they had the best parts <3

Dude, I'm glad you mentioned "Blast to the Past" because I was on top of that as soon as it was available online. I didn't have the patience to wait for it to air so I paid nick's website a little visit and laughed my heart out at those morons. You're right, they really did steal the show

Aww, thats gotta be so nice My oldest brother will watch it with me only when he's off work or has nothing better to do, but its still a pain in the butt to get him to. He's the best to watch it with though because he does an impression of 2012 Rocksteady's voice spot on, like it is so freakin funny. The first time he heard Ivan's Russian accent, he immediately starts mimicking him, sounding exactly like him, and I just about died. Kills me every time. Ya gotta hear it XD

An older brother and two younger sisters, we are just like the four turtles together.XD My brother is the Donnie since he's good at technology, my teen sister is like Raph since she's the smartass and hotheaded at times. And my little one is Mikey simply she's adorable and fun. I'm pretty much the Leo compared to them since I try to keep things together.
