Yeah I did. Were... hmm... let me think
Layer 1: Sign with -mode- as grain merge(The sign was white)
Layer 2: Flame filter with -mode- as value
Layer 3: Clouds filter with -mode- asmultiply
Layer 4: Brushed! The green colors! Everything is not blue.
Layer 5: Blue gradient.
Mix all. Ta-da! Thing ^^'
