Description
I was asked by one of my friends if I would be willing to draw humans for a commission that his mom wanted to have done of her daughter and son-in-law for their 10 year anniversary, since she liked my cartoony art style. I wanted to take my time with this working from a reference photo of them due to the occasion and tried out some new shading techniques here for the skin and hair. Normally I don't draw couples, but since this was a friend asking and there was no romantic situation wanted, I felt like this was something I could do for them viewing it as a multi-character commission. I'm really proud of how this turned out and she really liked the results! ^w^
