Description EDIT: Chiba now has bright blue eyes with pink specks plus I made some changes to the ref sheet. ^ 7 ^~

Note: this is Chiba's full witch costume, but she changes clothes for different activities, keeping in the same colour scheme.

Abillity: - She can use spells to infatuate people into obeying and serving her temporarily.
- She can fly.
Weakness: - Although her magic is potent, it runs out very quickly - this has caused her to develop an addiction to drinking red mana potions.
Likes: Chocolate, strawberries, roses, cooking, Valentine's Day, white fluffy animals
Dislikes: Horror films, getting her hair tangled, being alone (so she usually keeps some fluffy white pets as companions while she studies lovemagic in her library)
