Craft foam, a long black glove, elastic band, three pairs of broken headphones and a laptop charger. Also lots of silver spray paint and three different kinds of glue (and a high pain tolerance to go through with the whole process).

Just apply an even layer of grease paint with a makeup sponge and seal it with setting powder and hairspray.
