You just go to a youtube video, copy the videos ID and paste it in the ''Place video ID'' it should be almost alike in the core version c:

There isn't really a way to get rid of that, I know it depends on where you click though. This goes for the simple non-core version
When I click, it turns red and it just plays on my profile, but if I click and it stays the same, it will open up a new tab.
You can probably avoid this by taking the fancy version, where it has actual coding to prevent it from exiting the main page.
