I think it's partly the fact that she's actually really attractive, although she isn't necessarily my type... you make some really gorgeous girls >.>;
The blues are wonderful, her head alone could stand on its own as a great illustration. My only complaint is that the popsicle seems to be at an unclear depth in relation to her body... is it brushing against her ribs?

I like the way you colored her, all the spots and such. Her expression is cute, and she almost looks a little shy or something because of the way she is standing. I like that you worked on the background and created a little scene for it all. Good job. I'm glad you are finding time to draw and post even with what sounded like a very hectic schedule.

Any free time I have lately I found my self sketching. My mother works in the building right beside me, for an hour longer than I do, so I go over there and ink my sketches in her break room while waiting for her.
