i' new to all this stuff. how do i use it as a brush? won't it just download as a picture

No, a brush is like say a paintbrush used in any editor. You can download various ones, like bits of the sea to stamp onto a picture, basically it's like stamps?

i know what brushes are for i just wasn't sure how to make the picture be a brush in my paintshop pro! thanks, i think i kinda know what you mean now...sort of

I'm not good at explaining.
*aleksandra has a tutorial on how to make them which would be more of use than me telling you, she's better at explaining.
Go to her journal, look under tutorials and it should be there.
