So here is a character I have had since like grade school haha! It's Zipzap. I was gonna change his name to something better since i still like him, but my sister was like "NOOOOO KEEP IT ZIPZAP!!!" so Zipzap it stays I guess XD

here's earlier, crappier works of him. the one i did when i was like 8-9 has been lost unfortunately.

I guess he is gonna face another slight design change soon. In fact, I'm gonna try and do some reference sheets for my characters at some point. might be nice to have solid refs for them (though they evolve often as my skill level improves XD)

Some info about Zipzap:

He is a dragon, element is Plasma (lightning, fire, energy etc) He is alive, but not a conventional lifeform. He is made of weird organic metals. His blood even is liquid metal that basically solders his wounds shut and takes on the color of his body. Doesn't have a mouth/ the usual organs. He runs on pure energy, and harvests energy from lightning storms/ solar storms/ etc. Their species grows by absorbing elements from their environment. he can shoot out the same energy he absorbs in order to attack, but he has to be careful not to deplete it or he can die, so he tends to make sure his reserves of energy are large. his body is blue and yellow, the little green bits are what he uses to attract the lightning. his eyes are completely solid color and are very reflective. his body is also very shiny and reflective. He can speak but only telepathically. He can fly but his wings aren't true wings, they are the largest of his fins and have movement, but he flies using a sort of energy field. It takes minimal effort to fly and does not deplete his energy reserves very quickly.

so yea, thats about what i remember of him. He's still one of my favorite guys so i might draw him again lol
