Manny Pacquiao "The Pac Man"Haven't drawn in soooo long, was a bit rusty, but persevered.
Manny is so grounded, even though he is, in my opinion, one of the greatest fighters
ever to have graced a ring.
Tools used:
Steadler Clutch pencil 2H, HB, 2B
Tombow Mono-100 6B for background
Blu-Tack for highlights
No Blending on this one, just pencils.

I have watched the fight twice, the second time I scored it, and even if you are generous to Bradley with rounds 1,8,10,11 & 12 some of which were close, it still goes Pacquiao's way 115:113.
It makes no sense, good luck to Bradley, but I think Pacquiao was robbed.
I think Pacquiao has lost a bit of his hunger, due to outside the ring commitments, but he is still a great fighter with heart and an example to all the younger fighters of what can be achieved if you are humble and respect the game.

i've been browsing some pac-brad threads and they share the same view as yours. me and dad meanwhile thinks he's just playing around, or he sold his fight to bob, to as far as he's under threat by some vegas' mafia just like mjordan's case before.
but yeah dont get me wrong, he made us filipinos quite proud for a decade already. brits looking up to him (like hpotter) is just too much to take tbh. teehaha

Just a bog standard scanner, this washes it out, but it has a restore fade button on it which does what it says on the tin.
Otherwise you can just open it in Photoshop/Gimp/Paint and adjust the levels till it looks close to the original.
But that said, they never look quite as good as the original drawing.

I tried a camera, but I couldn't get them to come out very good, they kept going different colours blue/pink etc...

Kind of an experiment really, just using a 2B in the darker areas and moving into the lighter areas with a Hb then going over it with a 2H to fill in gaps, but left unblended.
I think it gives it a rough look, but still smooth enough to be seen as skin.
Fitting for a fighter I think.

It turned out really well and really looks like skin to me. It got me motivated to draw. I was in the middle of a portrait and ended up spilling tea all over it and never started again.
