Its pretty nice. Pretty odd proportions on the girl but then again its fashion, they always do that. I think the clothes are nice but sort of similar to stuff I've actually seen, I guess that can be a good thing.

Your "model" seems to be enjoying her tatoo, and the dress you drew is really catchy
As a guy I can see that, especially if the girl we've in front is speaking, the involountary hand gestures are one of the very first thing we look at, so that bubbly design on her wrists, and the "spot" on her shoulders is a fancy and nice way to enfatize a cute part of communication.
The asimmetric collants are quite catchy too, the game of contrast between the bare leg and the covered up and the jacket piece gives a sporty and personal image ^^
