I see lots of people have been getting notes like the one I got. I'm sorry your art is being used to target people. If it helps at all, the account that noted me had absolutely no posts or any info whatsoever. I really hope no one clicks on these and I am so sorry they're using your beautiful art to target random people.

I got note like that too but I dont even open such notes. I feel they target stuff from front page to try to hack people or put virus to their equipment. It is encouraged not to click weird links, especially from new and suspicious accounts.

So there seems to be alot more of these accounts than i originally thought.
Bots have invaded DA, but they can be easy scouted out, if they sent these messages to people.
