i hope you saw the pencil marks near the line art. i personally think that she drew the outline in the sketchbook and color it with programs afterwards. i don't even know anymore

I think she did not. Otherwise picture would be somewhat dented near the middle of the sketchbook, where pages are binded. Other thing is that picture itself is placed uncomfortably close to the lower - or in fact - any edge of the paper, which usually doesn't work well when drawing a single character (you usually want to draw single character as much in the center as possible).
Also, I want to make it clear, that picture alone looks pretty. Only thing bothering me is that single thing with background.
