Thanks! It just takes practice, I made one for a friends birthday and totally underestimated the effect of the suns rays on the cake, the dang thing semi melted and sagged on her car ride home!

Amazing! Must of been hard getting the paper off with out breaking the chocolate. XD It looks fantastic, can't think of much else to say except I'd feel bad breaking it to eat it! XD But it looks as delicious as it does pretty! ^^

I melted the chocolate and put it into a bag. I snipped off the tip and stringed it back and forth to create the design onto parchment paper. Then, wait until it cools slightly (will start to lose its shine a little) It needs to be stiff enough that it will stand on it's own but soft enough to bend. Then wrap it around the cake and wait for it to cool completely. Then peel off the paper and viola!

I melted it and then piped it onto some parchment paper. When it was partially set but still bendable I stood it up and wrapped it around the cake. When the chocolate was fully set I peeled off the parchment paper.
