Description Padmine a character for my new club on here, not officially open yet, just got a few more things to get sorted and ironed out and then all is pretty much go, don't worry I'll let you know when it's up and running.

You don't have to read her history, it's pretty long and labourious, but heck I got carried away and wrote a whole story, made her a lot like Larka because I wanted to drag Larka over there, but with what I'm doing with Larka it just wouldn't have worked, I need my Lark-pants for my life and portray my shit lol.

Anywho yeah, I'll tell you a little on the site, basically it's a role-play site for any type of feline, it's to do with reincarnation and ideas of the afterlife. So if you've killed off a character you can always bring them back as a feline over at my site, although your character doesn't have to have necessarily died, it could have just been dragged to this other world mysteriously. The possibilities are endless!

Personality:

To say Padmine's a soft touch would be completely wrong. She has her reasons for why at times she is quite soft, but those moments are few and will always have a reason. No, soft, kind and caring she may be, but a soft touch, there's no way. This girl is feisty, sarcastic and most of the time cynical, she gives just as good as she gets. She's strong, tough and a definite fighter, she may be plagued by her past and others, but she will never ever give up. Padders loves to have a laugh, although she has a lot of trouble letting go of the past.

History:

“Where am I? What happened? All I remember was him, flying away to safety. Me, left behind, hands clawing at my face, slowly dragging me down. My one arm outstretched, reaching for his, his hand which was slowly drifting ever further away from mine….” Padmine stumbled on the grass, trying to find her feet, one bit of her hair swinging against her face as it always did. Her mind was foggy, unclear. She felt drunk as her head spun and she couldn’t find reality from dream. Once more she tried to stand, failing in hr attempt. She felt different, maybe battered and bruised, hurt, she didn’t care, so long as she was safe and with him. He’d saved her, she knew he had, he wouldn’t have left her, would he? She ran her hand through her hair, trying to wake up and clear the ever prominent confusion which filled her to the brim. The grass was cool on her stomach, it calmed her slightly as she shut her eyes, remembering her last thoughts, trying to remember where she was…
“Don’t go. Save me. Don’t leave me. I couldn’t fight anymore, I couldn’t get away. I gave my life for his, for theirs. I let them go, I stayed back, I thought I’d be alright, he’d help, somehow, he always had done, but this time….was it different? All I remember as the claws overwhelmed me, the heat, the sweat, the fear, all mounted into one, the searing pain through all of me, the loss…..The bright light and burning around my neck. Then I awoke….”Padmine’s eyes shot open as if woken sharp from a dream, glancing down she saw paws. What was this? Moving her hand the paw moved. This was freaking Padmine out, she’d been some places but this, this was just plain weird, completely impossible was what the Doctor would have called it. The Doctor. That wonderful man. He was gone. She was alone. The cold reality dawned on Padmine like a bullet through her chest. This time he hadn’t come through for her. She stumbled to her new paws, she still wouldn’t believe it, she couldn’t. It was some cruel dream and soon she’d wake up in her own bed, or in the TARDIS. Half of her wished the latter. Finding a small pool of water she gingerly gazed into it, gasping she propelled herself backwards, frightened but at the same time in awe of the cosmic change within her. Was she dead? Padmine didn’t know. Crumpling to the floor she found sobs rising in her, things she couldn’t stop. All she had ever known had just been ripped from her grasp, and she had no power or way of getting it back.

“Take me back….”

“This just won’t do. We can’t keep her in the academy, we’ve seen what her brother can do, we can possibly keep one contained, but two? It’s truly impossible…” [/b]Padmine’s large different coloured eyes stared up at the council before her; she had knowledge above others her age and could almost understand every word they said. Small and innocent she sat on the floor, an infant, only old enough to walk, she was already condemned of what she may become, tarred with the same brush of that of her brother. “Even if she wouldn’t end up the same, he’d still be able to manipulate her. No, we’ve got to get her away from here. Prepare the Chameleon Arch.”

“Who am I?...”

Earth. Light-years away from what Padmine had once called home, although she’d never know that, only a strange watch, which she’d assumed had come from someone in her family when she was picked up from the orphanage, knew all that she used to be. Now a part of the Worthington family; a family with a fortune. Father born into wealth, married a young girl who was poor, the pair failed to have children. Padmine was spoilt rotten the minute she was brought home from the orphanage, although the one thing lacking all her childhood was that little bit of love. Oh of course she had everything, ponies to ride all day long, puppies to play with, nice clothes to wear, dolls galore, but all were lacking in something, all of it so…material. Not to mention fights, as Padmine grew fights were rife in her household, her mother and father at each others throats all the time, consumed by a greed that was too much to ignore. Padmine would lose herself in books to get away from the world she now loathed so, it was one fateful day when she was 14 she tried to stop an argument between her parents, and her father lashed out at her. That was the day Padmine packed her bags and left, finding refuge at friends. The day she decided she had no family.

“Why me?…”

It didn’t take long though, when staying at a friends on the Powell estate for her to hear a familiar call of a TARDIS. The call that seemed so distant yet so familiar, she couldn’t help but leap out of the door, and that was the first time she lay eyes on that blue box, and that wonderful man that owned it. “Excuse me, where did you get that watch from?” Padmine glanced down to the FOB watch clutched in her right hand, she didn’t even remember grabbing it. “It came with me, from the orphanage. I think it belonged to someone in my family.”
“May I?”
Padmine nodded, handing the watch over. The man in the brown suit fiddled with it for a moment or two, looking it over, a small smile flickering across his face. “What is it?” The man laughed softly, chucking the watch gently back to her. “Open it and see for yourself.” The clasp almost opened itself, as the watch flicked open everything came flooding back in a second. Padmine glanced up, “Who are you?”
“The Doctor, a Time Lord. And you?”
admine Worthington, a Human Time Lordess, I think.”

“Why now?...”

Padmine went with the Doctor and Rose on some adventures, being the last two Time Lords the pair were almost inseparable, although Padmine had a longing for earth and every now and again she would come home. In that time she and her friends bought a house and opened their own kennels. The Doctor was always worried for Padmine’s safety, even when she was on earth, he wouldn’t lose another, so he gave her a locket, a locket which would transport her away to safety, or heal her if she ever needed it, it would keep her safe, just like the Doctor always wanted to. Although, a time of happiness is always short lived, as the battle of Canary Wharf commenced. Padmine knew the Doctor would be in trouble so she found her way to the Torchwood building, but she was too soon, and the workers detected an alien force within her and soon locked her away for brutal experimentation. The locket held her in the cell when the void was opened, and she remained safe, battered and bruised, but safe. The locket soon called out to the Doctor though, through a telepathic field, and soon she was being cradled in his arms.

“Why her?...”

After hearing about Rose’s ‘end’ Padmine knew she needed sometime away from travelling, in order to come to terms with it. Although it wasn’t long before she was dragged back into the brink of adventure. “Oi watch where you’re going?!”
“Well sorry, but I’m in a bit of a rush.”
The man turned, a unique face and well built, even if a little small, sarcasm dripped from his voice, and she could tell he wasn’t in the mood for an argument or to be held up, but Padmine was never going to let anything go lightly. “Yeah well so are a lot of other people, but you don’t see them bashing into every Tom, Dick or Harry.” It was worth it, even if it was just for that one look, that look would last Padmine a lifetime. “Yeah well not everyone else is trying to save the world here.”
“I used to be in the saving the World business.”
It only took him a few moments to contemplate it, but soon Padmine felt the gun falling into her hand, “Fine, I haven’t got the time or the people to be picky.” Padmine smiled, and followed him. It took her one shot to come up in the mans estimations. “Nice shot, you weren’t lying when you said you’d been in this business then.”
“Never actually handled a gun before.”
“Who are you?”
admine Worthington, you?”
“Owen Harper. I may have a job proposition for you.”

“Why him?...”

Padmine’s world was full of ups and downs, and mainly running around after weevils and well there may have been a little romance. She became more of a silent member of Torchwood, called out when truly needed, Jack knew the Doctor wouldn’t have wanted her to be put under unnecessary threat. Although Owen and Padmine knew exactly how to rub each other up the wrong way, the secret attraction they each had for one another building the animosity between them. “Why do you always have to do that?! We could have had him, but no, you would rather talk to them than just shoot!”
“Well sorry for the way I was taught! You can’t just convict someone when you don’t even know if they did it or not?!”
“That someone was an alien, he wasn’t someone you could reason with Pad!”
“Then what am I?”
“I didn’t mean it like that…”
“Am I such an alien you can’t reason with me? Just because I’m an alien it doesn’t mean I don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt.”
“You’re different Pad…”
“I wouldn’t have been if you’d known I was an alien at first.”
“Why can’t you just leave well enough alone? You know, I don’t mean you, you wouldn’t even think of doing something like that.”
“Do remember Owen that you’re working with an alien, and that they have feelings too.”
ad, I…”
“You what?”
The kiss felt like it lasted an eternity, an eternity she could be lost in his arms, but no, it couldn’t happen like this. The love affair was brief, but Padmine knew she would probably never feel like that again, but she was still in love with someone else.

“Why then?...”

Padmine knew each time the TARDIS landed on Earth, she could feel it, like the beating of a drum, and this time she heard the drums louder than ever, and she knew she had to be on it. Although she didn’t quite expect to see a new face in the TARDIS. “Martha Jones, nice to meet you.”
“Where’d you get this one from then Doctor? She anything special?”
Padmine couldn’t quite get used to Martha and on this journey she found herself being more cynical than Owen. Although when being taken to the valiant, she couldn’t quite believe her multi coloured eyes. admine, my dear Padmine…”
“How does he know you?”
“He’s my brother…”
She was put through hell similar to Jack, beaten once again, ready to be the Master’s next in line, her mind was being weakened to his power, until Martha managed to save them all, and Padmine had to thank her for that.

“Why?...”

Not a lot more happened to Padmine, how could it, she stayed away from Torchwood duties as much as possible, and she didn’t dare go with the Doctor for a good while, for fear of killing herself and leaving him all alone, but just living was never Padmine’s strong point. “I can’t just be human anymore Doctor…”
“So what? Does this mean you’re going to come back for another adventure?”
“Maybe just a few more…”
Little did Padmine know that those few adventures with the Doctor would be her last. On a trip with the doctor and Donna to a new planet, never before seen by anyone, some creatures called Kajohad’s trapped the three, the only way to get to the TARDIS and to safety was to leave one behind. Padmine gave herself up for the others. “I’ll save you, I won’t leave you!”
“I know you won’t!”[/b] As the creatures closed in around her she saw the blue box rising in the distance, it fought to get closer to her, the door open and the doctor leaning out. admine, grab my hand!”
“I can’t reach!”
“I can’t get any closer!”
“Doctor, I love you!”

“No…”

Padmine sat up sharply, the tears falling softly down her cheek. She wiped them away, her life, all she’d known, gone. Feeling helpless she knew she had to try and find some kind of life, she stood shakily, finding her paws she trotted along a very feint path in the grass. Off to find a whole new life, in a whole new world…
