La questione Brandon (abbracciato da Vincent senza l’approvazione della Famiglia e per questo condannato a distruzione ) sembra risolta. Vincent ha chiamato Jessica per concordare con lei l’ultima parte del piano: la finta distruzione di Brandon ad opera dei sabbatici ( che avrebbero distrutto un poveretto abbracciato e trasformato con vicissitudine per sembrare lui, commettendo Amaranth per non lasciare anime compromettenti in giro) in modo da poter far sparire il vero Brandon.

Vincent called Jessica to formulate the last part of their plan: Brandon would allegedly be destroyed by the Sabbath (which would have embraced a poor ignorant victim, turned them into him through Vicissitude and then destroyed through Diablerie (so as not to leave souls that would compromise the plan and allow the real Brandon to disappear).
