These are meant to be the three fearie girls that Val fist delivers Never to in "Valiant" by Holly Black. I know that the girls are meant to be in central park and are not wearing school girl uniforms....but this was one of those things were I was drawing from my impressions and the images I remembered from the book without actually reveiwing that part of the book. I have since gone back and reread a little, and see that this image is pretty innacurate.
Also I clearly got incredibly lazy with the background there.
