Sketch of Tobin Manx, otherwise known as Big Bad. He not only leads a villain group (Ravenous) but also runs a grand covert operation geared towards Inherent experimentation (often involving abduction and unlawful testing/experimentation). Shrewd, powerful, and intelligent but obsessed with attaining power to a fault. All but 1 member of Ravenous are in the dark about his dual criminal interests. He often uses Ravenous to push his own goals but never puts them to deep into alternate schemes. He's skilled at delegation and navigating the super villain community so has plenty of other strings to pull in a pinch.
