The joke is that this awesome, ahead of its time, TV show was cancelled for being too complex (for appealing to kids and adults, which is a prerequisite for any story these days) rather than sticking to explosions, lasers, and power. The dialogue needs major cutting and simplifying but I got to draw the Base and a ship from Captain Power so Yeah!
