Magic: Shape-shifting, He is capable of changing his form, but due to his illness, he can't shift very often and can only only into other living things. But, only has one form in each thing he turns into, and it can only take on similar traits to his actual form. so no doppelganging for him.)

Personality

~Tsukiko is an odd boy, not very good at interacting with other people, especially outside of business. He is very stubborn and mostly disinterested in public affairs, (excluding festivals, he loves festivals).

~Often found in his workshop, buried under a large pile of cloth or drawing in the temple gardens.

~He is also always seen with a kiseru pipe on his person, (It's how he takes his medicine, but he'd rather people just thought he smoked).

~The marking on his face changes color with whatever he is wearing.

-Animals (which he wasn't allowed to be around when he was young)
-relaxing in his house/shop

History

  Both of Tsukiko's parents did not live in Mizuyama, His mother was a Kabuki actress, who met a traveling samurai, (his father), they had a whirlwind romance and after a few weeks they parted ways. His mother was passing through Mizuyama when she gave birth to him. It was immediately clear he was not a strong child. Not long after, his mother chose to leave him with a local tailor, an older gentleman, to raise and left the village.

Tsukiko had an unknown condition that left him weak and fragile, as well as very susceptible to illness. His caretaker, worried about his health, often kept him indoors for his own protection. Sadly, this meant he did not get the chance to make many friends. Not that he really could anyways, since even slight exertion tired him out. He managed to coop with it using his vivid imagination and ability to self entertain. Eventually, (after a lot of persuasion), Tsukiko convinced his guardian to teach him the art of tailoring, and became quite skilled at it.

  At the age of 15 one of the village doctors approached his caretaker with a small solution to his condition. He gave him a mixture of herbs, that he would take. The medicine was able to help him to have a little more energy and endurance, as well as slightly better immunity. After that he would often go on short walks, (accompanied by his guardian or one of his guardian's friends), around the village. Which of course made him very happy. But, his favorite place to be was the large garden at the temple, where he would often draw the different things he saw, and would usually sneak out of the house to visit it.

  At the age of 17, his guardian passed away from old age, and Tsukiko was handed down the tailor's workshop, that he would often spend time in so his caretaker could keep an eye on him. He immediately moved to and set up residence in the shop, quickly getting to work on his ideas and designs. He is now a skillful, artisan who is well known for his elaborate clothes, that are surprisingly comfortable for their appearance.
