I saw a painting on Tumblr with colors like these and I decided to try my hand at it. I really love the result! I choose to do Matt Smith because I'm so obsessed with Doctor Who and I've barely done fanart. c:

Photoshop scares me personally c.c Sai is my favorite though <3 I've tried other stuff like Corel but it's just so laggy.
