It says in the book Bella's keys are at home. Alice could have smelled the metal and hunted them out. And getting in the house would have been easy for a vampire.

They didn't explain it in Twilight since Bella had no clue but in Midnight Sun (Edward's POV), Edward was talking to Bella telling her to not fall in the ocean, while she was turning around to leave, Edward snatched the keys out of her pocket (and since he's so careful, he made no noise).
That's how he got the keys

It's not out, just the first twelve chapters I think. Someone leaked it so Stephenie posted the chapters on her site so her fans wouldn't have to suffer knowing the chapters were out. :[
But not the book yet, just part of it. ^_^

It isn't, but you can read the first unedited chapters of it on Stephenie Meyer's website. She posted it there after it was leaked onto the internet. Which is also the reason who it's on hiatus indefinitely.
I read it though, and it's AMAZING. Which isn't the only reason why you should read it as well, but it may help you with the comic as well if you know some of Edward's point of view.
Some prefer not to though, since they want to read it when it's all edited, and "how it's truly meant to be read."

Well her exact words were "I feel too sad about what has happened to continue working on Midnight Sun, and so it is on hold indefinitely".
The words on hold gave me slight hope that it means she may continue with it one day. If she was never going to finish it she would have just said that, wouldn't she?
