This picture feels like the man she was with told her something serious and then walked out of the bed room.  Now she's there sitting on the bed thinking about what he told her.  Going by her facial expression it doesn't look like he told her anything nice.  But she looks like she contemplating something serious. 

She's a nice looking woman.  But if the idea was to make a sexy picture, it might have helped to darken her areolas so that they could have stood out more.  Also, what she's wearing may be interfering with the round shape of her breasts.

But this picture, over all, was nicely done.
