Once again, another piece from my concentration. I will post my statement and the person's life statement with each single individual piece." My concentration deals with portraits portraying the way each person sees life. With each single piece, I want to show the viewer exactly who the person is in the portrait entirely (physically and mentally/emotionally). Overall, the pieces may look completely different from one another but the thing that ties them together is that we are all thinking of one thing - how powerful life can be. "
" Life is suffocating. There are things you want to do, but can't, and things you don't want to but are forced to do. Life is forceful, it is binding, it is suffocating . . . and sometimes it gets so bad that you are lucky to get out alive. But I believe that there is good in life that is always hanging around, a flickering of hope to keep one going in the toughest of times... it's just that that light is hard to reach. "
