I can imagine. Clothes fold look easy, but they are really tough to actually pull off. You need to think of light, what type of material it is, form of the cloth, form of what the cloth is on, and all that jazz. Then if it has a pattern like this one, you need to think of how that wraps around everything too... :'D

yeah... and even though i do realise its a scarf, but i have no idea how to draw puffy things >.< it takes forever to draw things like that

Yeah, round/puffy things are pains sometimes. XD Little off topic, but I never really thought of scarves as puffy before. I've been drawing them much puffier since I saw this though.

how did you do it? I mean is it like coloring? wherein you put layer by layer of different colors? It's just that you used 6 different pencils,

well yeah, i suppose you can call it coloring. but acctualy i use all these pencils to get the contrast and make the drawing to look like 3d (if you know what i mean). i dont know if i did it but im pretty much happy with the results

you know... the whole point in art is that you can do and use whatever you want
there is no thing like "i must use these only pencils since it looks good with it" No. its not it. use as many materials as you can, experiment all kinds of things you can make art of, and you will see one day that you have become one of the great artists
