I know it's abit of an odd thing to pick up on, but I really like the way you've drawn his eyebrows. And you've given his very piercing eyes! I also like the fact that you've bothered to show that he's wearing hose, most people just make him look like he has purple legs! It's very obviously Clopin, but you've successfully managed to make him your own in this picture, and I admire artists who can do that so well.

He's the gypsy dude from the Hunchback of Notre Dame Disney movie. I have a weird fascination with him for some reason o_o. He's just. Awesome. He can do a backflip. That's worth something in my book 8D WOO.

The perspective of where his pupils are looking is downright PERFECT, it's hard for me to get sometimes... His legs are beautifully not muscular, but slightly so... AND OMG the rips in his hat, and his feather and hair have SOGOOD texture....
