So here is the commission I have been working on as of late... I plan on Making two of these one for the person who commissioned me and another for a certain awesome someone I hope to meet again very soon. *cough*cough*Overall Starscreams helm is basically a whole bunch of overlapping arch patterns. I ran into some challenges was with the Face... Recreating the vents that imbed into or under his cheeks while maintaining wear ability in a real life environment was a fun endeavor and I am satisfied with the result.
I had to paint the foam to get the two tone gray being they do not sell more then one gray in the foam I use... LAME! but I really like the metal 2 tone and the texture it gave him.
I realize I do a lot of Prime verse right now, but I can do pretty much any continuity someone wishes. I also do Original Characters.

I was looking through all of your amazing HelmHats, and I was curious as to how you wear them? What part of your head do they sit on? How do you keep them secure? Do you have a mechanism for opening them and such?
Sorry if I seem to be bombarding you with questions, but I was interested in making my own (although, not limited to Transformers) and I also want to learn more about prop building.

hehe actually Transforemrs Prime is from the Hub Network. Originally Cartoon Network ran Transformers shows but Hasbro chose to partner with Discovery Kids and create a new network dedicated to their own shows (Including TF) so they would not have any further disputes with cancellation of shows from CN.

Awesome! You really captured the PRIME style - it's a difficult cross between angular robot pieces and almost-organic lines
