That's her. What is Metal Gear Solid 4? A game I'm guessing.
As for light shaping, we use various tools. In this case, strategically place flags.

Awesome shot!
I have a question, and please answer. I was taught that you should try to use the smallest f-stop available for portraits, but I see you stop down to F/22 for this shot. Yet, it looks beautiful. Please tell me or even teach me the reason for the use of F/22 instead of a smaller F stop, thanks in advance.

Whoever told you that... I don't know. I have no rules. Whatever looks good. This also isn't a portrait, but still...
If I shot the smallest F stop on that lens (1.2), 90% of the frame would be out of focus.
Thanks for the kind words.

The first rule is, there are no rules. One should go with what feels right, not what conventional wisdom would dictate. Photography "by the book" would be an awfully boring world. No shadows = no mood.
The reason for F22 here was, there was more story tell than simply a facial expression. I wanted the details of the background as well. All of it was important to me, so I wanted all of it in focus. That simple.
Sometimes it's F1.0, Sometimes it's F64.
