It's simple to mod in Photoshop. CTRL+U - Change the hue. Also add a 90 degree 999 motion blur to smooth it out.

Since Photoshop doesn't like my PC much, I had to mod the wallpaper using GIMP. The results came out just as awesome. I also modded my foobar to similar to yours, since I really love how it looks against the wallpaper.
