Bio: Yasmin is a Tough Tomboy (probably more so then Bounce) who wanted to be a big time Racecar driver/stunt woman but after gaining powers from an accidental dose of some Elastic-formula mix with experimental rocket fuel she ask herself "who needs a car when you can bloat into a giant flaming wheel!?"

Powers: when ever Burn stretch or expand parts of her body she can generate hate and fire so she can throw flaming punches and even expands her whole body into a tire like wheel (minus the huge hole) to roll at Great Speeds
