Description
Something i drew in uni, which i didn't get round to submitting. Some parts of the body don't look right, i guess the proportions are a bit off. I don't draw guys often so i'm quite pleased with how he turned out, especially the wings. The hands are quite large, but i quite like that for some reason...maybe its a style thing? Oh and his face looks quite feminine but i'm putting that down to him being an angel

An interesting piece. You're right about the hands being slightly oversized, but this is a trick used by even the great renaissance masters to make a character look like they were strong, soperhaps withouteven realising it you have emulated something that those great artists came up with. Which I think is kindacool

I think his protruding ribs detract from it somehow... my eye flew to them immediately, and they don't seem to fit with the rest of the image. But I agree with you about the hands, and I also like the hair and LOVE the wings. And there is nothing wrong with a feminine-looking man
