This fursuit is absolutely amazing ^_^ and it gave me a good reference to show my friend what kinda body my fursuit is going to be like. Not excatly of course but still. Keep up the incredable work I look forward to seeing more of it.

Oh so sorry if this was answered but, how'd that wolf fair in the snow like that?
Again, you kick ass. The locations are AMAZING! I mean, Yosemite? You went to Yosemite with this? It's so effing natural looking I want to put it in National Geographic! You are an incredible artist.

Grand canyon! How wonderful! ^^ I can't wait to see those
I think furry photograph's are very much a different art form in itself. Most people just take pictures of themselves at cons or the generic blue velvet backdrop which is fine if it's all you want to remember- but I think taking place in a natural setting or a setting fit to your fursona/character is something that shows you how deeply you develop and interact as such or with. It's very personal when I see them because I'm not thinking "Oh, Latinvixen sure can pose in that Abram suit!" No, I think "Whoa, Abram looks amazing! He looks incredible with his black fur contrasting the snow!" I think of the character/fursona themself. Like, when I get my suit, I don't want people saying "Aw, Dani looks awesome" I want them to think "Whoa, look at Wolfsong howling like that!"
Not to say that I don't distinguish fantasty from reality, but it is like a nice break from such by seeing these lovely picturs of Abram ^^

I just like to add a bit more to the photos if I can. I do take all the first shots here at the house against my backdrop for the site. But once the costumes are out and about I am looking for natural locations for better photos.
I tend to remember photos like this a bit better.

"how much padding we could fit into one costume"
that explains it. he's just.... sooo.... THICK. xD
not a bad thing though, he was meant to be super-intimidating, right? [well, he is]
his stare is beautiful and alive, more so than any other suit i've seen. JUST like real black wolves. they're eyes are just so piercing. it's perfect. :]

roothragon [2008-04-03 22:21:18 +0000 UTC]
Oh, out of curiosity -- did you do anything special with the feet to enable the owner to wear them in such moist conditions? Or were they just accepting some risks of water damage?

the mask is particularly impressive, unmistakably a wolf.
