I'm not entirely sure this is how plate tectonics work, but it seems what Samurott did here has worked out about the same way I guess, not entirely sure how Torterra is feeling about this, though either way it's not going to be moving for awhile (less so then it usually does even).

This was just a semi-random idea I had, with my favorite Gen 5 starter (and subsequently my favorite starter) having inflated my favorite Gen 4 starter.

Admitably Gen 4's starter selection isn't exactly a favorite of mine (primarily just the entire Chimchar line and whatever the hell that mon between Piplup and Empoleon was), but Torterra and it's pre-evolutions sort of grew on me (yes I know that's a bad pun just shut up about it), in part because when I played Explorers of Time, I got Turtwig for my character and I ended up choosing it for my second run-through of Diamond (the first time I chose Piplup, then decided for whatever reason to start over even though I was already at the Pokémon League), so there's that I guess. Overall I do like the design of them and their concept is kind of cool, so uh... yeah, that's why it's my favorite Gen 4 starter I guess.

Anyway, while this is most likely liquid inflation (or bloating if you want to get technical here) here, I guess you could make an argument for some other form of inflation if you really wanted to... but anyway hope you guys enjoyed this little thing I quickly threw together.

Why the hell is Shaymin a mythical? I mean it doesn't even look like one, same goes for Zeraora for that matter, if you're gonna make them a mythical Pokémon, at least have them look mythical.
