This is a very good piece, I like how she is an ice wizard wearing the cool colors and not the average white hair glowing eyes as seen on many. But for the smoke in the background I would change them to be warmer colors so she pops out more. I would use maybe a dark pink/ violet or light yellow close to white so it helps. But this is over all very good. And this is only my view, you might see it is perfect as is and that is fine. But I hope to see more good work coming from you. Have a good day.
