Manzing president Khamsin had been voted as president for life in a totally not rigged vote . Khamsin began to expand the military and found it self being poured with weapons from the EOC and PTO corporation. Khamsin in particular wanted to control the planet of Karbala which was a paradise planet that had massive rivers jungles lakes and a bountiful of resource however this planet was control by Ryazan. Here we see Khamsin being sworn in as president for life by himself and some generals in the background
