This is my entry for the "A Sea of Lights" art contest from Mihoyo!

before the latest update 1.3, there was a trailer video going around about all the upcoming events and it was also mentioned that Xiao is not fond of buzzing places full of people etc. and that it would be hard to bring him along but you, the Traveler, have to try it at least.

While thinking of a concept, I imagined that Xiao would, realistically thinking, enjoy the lanterns by himself, somewhere near Liyue instead going to the city.

I'm also posting my genshin art on Hoyolab the official community for Genshin Impact!
I'm new there and I would be happy for some new friends there too!
