I get so obsessed with detail! She had legs originally but they looked weird so I went crazy with the fabric

Thank you Yes the cat is meant to be her familiar/totem animal, or some kind of shadowy guardian. The picture is meant to be a representation of the goddess Nuit as described by Thelemic belief. She is the Queen of Starlight and the manifestation of night.
