He actually doesn't really do much with the tribe

He became an Indigo Lantern when someone from the tribe, on one of their missions to convert a criminal, crashed on Earth.

The Criminal very much did not want to get the ring on their finger, and so the Indigo Lantern was defeated and crashed on the planet, where Adrian found them. Adrian, being the compassionate boy he is, couldn't just stand by and watch the alien die, so he tried his best to save them.

And the alien, in their dying moments, gained some lucidity and kinda experienced real and true compassion for the time in a long time, and decided to give Adrian the ring instead.

And when the ring was exposed to such true and pure compassion, it's brainwashing effects were overridden

wait is that possible tho? i don’t know much about the indigo lore but i believe that only the leaders of the tribe give the rings out? and usually they’re criminals?

oh and they use staffs not rings btw

In my universe, that's what happens. I don't know a lot about the Indigo tribe myself, but I discussed the idea with some people who are really into Lantern lore and they thought it was possible to do, so I'm rolling with it.

And like I said, the tribes member was in pursuit of a criminal and crashed into Earth's orbit.

And I wanted him to use a ring, the staff thing to me seems to mostly be to play into the Tribe thing, and the power should still come from the ring, in my opinion at least

I have to be honest, I only know Yoru-The-Rouge, at least that they have a DA profile, but they're big into Lantern lore, like BIG into it

also i'm sorry if i came off defensive or something akin to that in my replies, i didn't mean that but i'm still a little nervous about how i'm doing Adrian and the Indigo Tribe in this canon
