Alrighty so U need:
Skull: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles… (change the color to white)

Suit: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles… (scout one, change the color to blue)

Bowtie: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles… (change the color to white)

Eye left: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles… (skin 6)

Eye right: U have to use light texture steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles… sta.sh/029kn42a6o4l

Hands/gloves: U can just make scout's skin black (the one which is on the suit model) or U can use glove models. BUT he can also go without gloves.

Hat: domination hat from Tf2 folder (make it blue like the suit) make it also lil bigger

Rose on the hat: Spy rose (from Tf2 folder )

aaaaand I think that's it
If U have problems with this, feel free to ask help from me I'm bad at explaining stuff ok? x'P and I know there is lot's of typos but just ignore them K? xP
