i like the effect of the long exposure that produced somewhat of a tangible subject, meanwhile it allowed for all of the movement that gave it that special effect. i like your typical dark lighting set up. the spot of light on the wall really adds a nice contrast, but it allows for my favorite part of the photograph, which is the shadow. it's an understated element, however, i think it really adds a lot to the overall image because it shows a singular subject that parallels the partially tangible subject. just adds that surreal anchor to reality.
