I wanted to color, so I drew these two, from my favorite books when I was in middle school- "The Immortals Quartet" by Tamora Pierce.I must have read them a million times.
I kind of want to send this to her, because seriously, these books were a gigantic influence on me and she's kind of my hero. Does anyone know how to go about sending things to authors? Is it a total freakish and creepy thing to do?
BY THE WAY GUYS I KNOW DAINE'S HAND IS TINY. I JUST DON'T WANT TO FIX IT.

You did him dark! Yes, thank you! I know she never really comes out and says it but he IS Carthaki, and they are dark skinned. But otherwise this is lovely!

You could to her official site (you can type tamora pierce into google), and she has her contact info on there. She also givies a list of what she will and will not look at. Good luck! This is beautiful!

Oh, I actually mailed it to her through her publisher ages ago, she received it and e-mailed me back telling me that she enjoyed it. Awesome!

Their height bothers me (wasn't Numair supposed to practically tower over her?), but that's about it. And hands are hard by rights.

Hey, maybe Daine was just stuck in mouse mode, her hand not completly grown back to size yet. It's be like Numair to just grab Daine after she was off in her own little animal world.

the is fabulous, probably one of the better Immortals fanarts I've seen. The costuming and detail are very nice! I hope you do get it to Tamora, she'd probably be tickled. ^^

I sent it by mail to the publishers, actually. Hopefully it will reach her! I really wanted to avoid e-mail because I had a vision of it ending up at the bottom of a giant pile of "OMG WHEN IS X GOING TO BE OUT?!?!" e-mails.
