Very nice use of colour and line direction. Immediately, the organised mess of colour and tone stands out from the image; the sheer impact of it despite the relatively dark shades is quite overwhelming.
I love how the form of the landscape is still clearly conveyed; the fences remain distinct and the grass is still very recognizable, all combining together to form a natural, rustic countryside.

However, I do feel as if the smokey mist that shrouds the foreground gives the scene a swallowing atmosphere of ambiguity and shroud.Β At the epicenter of the smoke, the huge amount of vagueness is extremely engaging, and only seems to envelope the scene completely.

With the sharp scratches of white that encircle the piece, memorize the audience, increase the immediate impact of the piece hugely and add more mysterious, clouded vibe to the image, it is almost as if an inhumane force transcended into the grassland and the audience's vision is too blurred and stunned to focus on the incident, leaving only a mist of unrecognizable form.
This really turns the otherwise calm countryside on its head, and the darker tones suddenly create quite a grim atmosphere.

I love how you used a very original concept to interpret a situation is a very confronting, dynamic manner that really plays with blur and colour. Just that raw, scratchy white admist a vague smoke of colour is simply superb.
Stunning work!
