I like to imagine Allura showed them both up with a hair swish of her own that shimmered so intencely it blew them away and thwarted their bickering. I really like this comic. The style is simple, but appreciable! I love their expressions a lot too!

Also, it's crazy to know that the original anime that we've come to know as Voltron was a lot darker and more violent than we thought it was. Not only was it intensely gory and violent in it's action, but a lot of the main characters died in it as well. And sadly, that was the case of Sven/Shirogane, who sadly didn't stay with the team for long due to his untimely death at the hands of Haggar/Honerva. In the English translation, Sven's death was changed for a coma. The thing is, the whole show was edited and changed considerably so that it'd be suitable for American TV. The scary thing is it actually worked!
Just recently, Golion as Voltron is called in Japan has been made available to own on DVD in it's original and unedited format. It's kind a scary to have learned about this after so long ago, but I'd say it's worth the watch for those of us who've missed out on the real deal.

If I understand a few references correctly, i want to hazard a guess that Lotor is half Human.
Think about it. Do we really see any Drules who dont look like Lizards? And if Lotors mother looks like Allura, then that clears it up!!
