Petyr Baelish is all types of sneaky, sleazy awesome, and HE KNOWS IT. He's not above using underhanded tactics, and will fight dirty if need be. I love how he was cast (I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU ON THE GOATEE AND THE OUTFIT - OMG I WANT) and his general portrayal in the story. He's kinda creepy, but as a character, he rules so much.
