But whenever I try to actually read thru the rules it just looks like a jumble of words thats hard to understand..

I've only read the terms of use a couple of times. But just that one I read was torture, I didn't understand a thing, and practically half that site broke the rules anyway.

I never read terms of use either, but my reasoning is that if the terms take advantage of me, I hire a lawyer who will find a way to sue the hell out of them.
