First of all, well done! This photo is breathtaking on several accounts. The eyelashes were striking in this photo. They did not look over done with mascara nor did they look fake and phony. The lips were a good color for this vision and again, did not look blotchy, to shiny, or sticky. I think it was wise to not make the lips shiny. I love the blue blush and blue eyebrows for several reasons. The shade of blue you chose fit the vision of this photo well. The blue on the cheeks was not overkill because it was placed tastefully on and not over applied. The blue eyebrows brought the color of your eyes out. The eyes did not look empty as I have seen with many photos. Well done.
