Liz continues to argue about the speeding ticket. Carmelita is trying to be patient with her while explaining the ticket. Liz continues to ramble and at one point called Carmelita and "dirty cop". This nearly drives Carmelita to the breaking point but, she calms down and continues to explain the ticket paying process Liz has to go through.

Liz doesn't pay any attention to Carmelita and begins revving her motor. Carmelita tells Liz to stop but Liz doesn't listen. Carmelita threatens to give Liz another ticket and Liz stops revving the engine. She continues to bad mouth Carmelita while putting the ticket away. Liz then says something that she'll wish she would've never said. Liz calls Carmelita a "poor excuse of a fake police officer".

Outraged by this, Carmelita slaps Liz across her face. The force of the slap actually knocked Liz out of her kart.
