I like your line art and the composition. The eclipse background is also a nice touch.
If I could mention to potential improvements.Greater contrast in the color would make them "pop" more. Also, while I realize Sylar is in the shadows, he has a zombie skin tone. Adding a bit more "flesh" color would help him look more alive.

Yeah, I have the same feeling about Sylar's skin. Dunno what's up with it lol. I tried to put layers of transparency over it with different tones and he kept looking too light, and then I tried to add more shadows to it, figuring to give him an even more hiding down a dark alley look, but it just made him look like D.L. lol. Not the look I was going for
