You know, their baboon-like appearance and use of technology makes me wonder: are these storm guards the G-4 version of G-1's Gizmonks?

I'm not sure of what the Gizmonks are but who knows.... They seemed to slowly bring back some of the original villains such as Terack... forgive my spelling if it's wrong lol.
