This is absolutely gorgeous. I love how you have woven the cogs into the designs on her wings. I think it is very creative and works really well with the character's concept here: OC-Chibi Goddess of Time (Yes, I'm a weirdo that looked it up.) You have such strong design arrangements. Sometimes it feels very 3-plane with limited recession in space, but that's not too much of an issue in my perspective. You work really well with that formula. Just something to be aware of. I have always adored your work with lace. Have you thought of doing a tutorial for it? I would love to see one if you do.
